A quick list of these elements include:
- Detailed job description with skills and core competencies listed.
- Three to five key initiatives to be completed in the first year for the person in the new role
- A defined “competitive advantage” that your organization can present to attract strong talent
- An analysis of your company’s culture, interview training status, overall presentation and a detailed and competitive compensation package.
- Use of a benchmarked, validated psychometric instrument to confirm interview impressions and measure trait matches. (East Wing Group has many excellent profiles available, if needed)
